Ex-CIA agent confirms US ties with Jundullah

A former Central Intelligence Agency officer has confirmed US' relations with the terrorist group Jundullah, despite the CIA knowing that the group has close links with the al-Qaeda.

"American intelligence has also had contact with Jundullah. But that contact, as Iran almost certainly knows, was confined to intelligence-gathering on the country," Robert Baer, a former Middle East CIA field officer wrote on the Time.com, IRNA reported early on Saturday.

However, he noted that the US-Jundullah relationship "was never formalized, and contact was sporadic."

The news comes amid US denial of any involvement in a recent terrorist attack in Sistan-Baluchestan province in southeastern Iran, which Jundullah claimed responsibility for.

"I've been told that the Bush Administration at one point considered Jundullah as a piece in a covert-action campaign against Iran, but the idea was quickly dropped because Jundullah was judged uncontrollable and too close to al-Qaeda. There was no way to be certain that Jundullah would not throw the bombs we paid for back at us," said the former CIA agent who is a columnist in the weekly, and very probably an advisor in the Middle East.

Baer also noted that Pakistan's intelligence agency, the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), has had relations with the Jundullah leader, Abdolmalek Rigi.

"Pakistani intelligence has indeed had contact with Jundullah over the years, but there's no good evidence that Pakistan created Jundullah from scratch. And there's certainly no evidence that Pakistan ordered the attack," Baer said in reference to the terrorist attack that took place in Iran on Sunday, October 18, which killed 42 people including the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps commanders.

"In fact, Pakistani intelligence over the past few years has been arresting Jundullah members and turning them over to Iran," he claimed.

This is while earlier on Friday, Iran's Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi vowed to do everything in his power to hunt down the Jundullah terrorists and bring them to justice.

"This very incident unveiled the true nature of those who call themselves the pioneer in 'war on terrorism'," he said in reference to the United States.

A number of leading newspapers in the West, such as The Sunday Telegraph, have also declared Jundullah to be a CIA brainchild engineered to achieve the longstanding US goal of "regime change in Iran."

Iran's Interior Minister, Mustafa Mohammad Najjar, is currently in Islamabad to ask Pakistani officials to hand over Abdolmalek Rigi and assist Iran on cracking down on his terrorist group.

El día de los ataques del11-S, preguntaron al ex primer ministro israelí Benjamin Netanyahu qué significado tendría el ataque para las relaciones EEUU-Israel. Su rápida respuesta fue: «Muy bueno. Pues, no es bueno, pero generará simpatía inmediata (para Israel)».

Las guerras de los servicios de inteligencia se basan en modelos matemáticos para anticipar la respuesta del «blanco» a provocaciones escenificadas. Así las reacciones se hacen previsibles – dentro de un espectro aceptable de probabilidades. Cuando el matemático israelí Robert J. Aumann recibió el Premio Nobel 2005 de economía, reconoció que «toda la escuela de pensadores que hemos desarrollado aquí en Israel” ha convertido a “Israel en la principal autoridad en ese campo».

Con una provocación bien planificada, la reacción anticipada puede incluso convertirse en un arma en el arsenal del agente provocador. Como reacción al 11-S ¿cuán difícil sería prever que EEUU recurriría a sus fuerzas armadas para vengar ese ataque? Con información amañada, ¿cuán difícil sería reorientar esa reacción para librar una guerra planificada hace tiempo contra Irak – no en función de los intereses de EEUU sino para impulsar la agenda del Gran Israel?

El componente emocionalmente desgarrador de una provocación juega un papel clave en el campo de los planificadores de guerras usando la teoría de los juegos en el cual Israel es la autoridad. Con el asesinato televisado de 3.000 estadounidenses, el modo de pensar compartido de choque, tristeza e indignación hizo más fácil que los responsables políticos de EEUU creyeran que un Malhechor conocido en Irak era el responsable, sin que importaran los hechos.

El desplazamiento estratégico de hechos con creencias inducidas, por su parte, requiere un período de «preparación de la actitud mental» para que «el blanco» ponga su fe en una ficción pre-escenificada. Los que indujeron la invasión de Irak en marzo de 2003, comenzaron más de una década antes a «colocar hilos mentales» y a crear asociaciones mentales que impulsaran un plan.

Notable entre esos hilos fue la publicación en 1993 en Foreign Affairs de un artículo del profesor de Harvard Samuel Huntington. Para cuando su análisis apareció en forma de libro en 1996 como «El choque de civilizaciones», más de 100 académicos y think-tanks estaban listos para promoverlo, preparando un «consenso de choque» cinco años antes del 11-S.

También fue publicado en 1996, bajo la conducción de Richard Perle: «A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm» ["Un cambio nítido: una nueva estrategia para asegurar el territorio nacional"] (es decir Israel). Miembro desde 1987 del Comité para la Política de Defensa de EEUU, el auto-declarado sionista se convirtió en su presidente en 2001.

Como asesor clave del primer ministro israelí Benjamin Netanyahu, el alto puesto de Perle en el Pentágono ayudó a crear el fundamento necesario para remover a Sadam Hussein como parte de una estrategia para un Gran Israel, un tema clave de «A Clean Break» publicado cinco años antes del 11-S.

Un asesinato masivo, artículos, libros, think-tanks y conocedores del Pentágono sin embargo, no bastan para administrar las variables en un modelo de juego de guerra «probabilista». También se necesita responsables políticos que lo apoyen para prestar la apariencia de legitimidad y credibilidad a una operación justificada por inteligencia fijada alrededor de un plan predeterminado.

Ese papel fue cumplido con empeño por los senadores John McCain, Joe Lieberman, judío sionista de Connecticut, y Jon Kyl, cristiano sionista de Arizona, que patrocinaron en conjunto la Ley de Liberación de Irak de 1998. Haciéndose eco de la agenda de Tel Aviv en «A Clean Break», su ley estableció un hilo mental más en el modo de pensar público al pedir la remoción de Sadam Hussein tres años antes del 11-S.

Esa legislación también asignó 97 millones de dólares, en gran parte para promover esa agenda sionista. Distraído por elecciones al Congreso a mitad de período y por recursos de recusación por un oportuno affaire presidencial con la pasante en la Casa Blanca, Monica Lewinsky, Bill Clinton convirtió esa agenda en ley el 31 de octubre de 1998 – cinco años antes de la invasión dirigida por EE.UU. que derrocó a Sadam Hussein.

Después del 11-S, John McCain y Joe Lieberman se hicieron inseparables compañeros de ruta y propugnadores incontenibles de la invasión de Irak. Pareciendo «presidencial» a bordo del portaaviones USS Theodore Roosevelt en enero de 2002, McCain estableció un nuevo hilo crucial cuando agitó un gorro de almirante, mientras proclamaba junto a Lieberman: «¡Vamos a Bagdad!»

Mediante el engaño

El descaro con el que progresó esa estrategia de teoría de los juegos a plena vista pudo ser visto en la conducta del secretario adjunto de Defensa, Paul Wolfowitz, otro sionista conocedor del círculo íntimo. Cuatro días después del 11-S, en una reunión de personalidades importantes en Camp David, propuso que EEUU invadiera Irak. En aquel entonces, la inteligencia disponible todavía no apuntaba a una participación iraquí y se suponía que Osama bin Laden estaba oculto en una región remota de Afganistán.

Frustrado porque el presidente George H.W. Bush no quiso remover a Sadam Hussein durante la Guerra del Golfo de 1991, Wolfowitz propuso una Zona de No Vuelo en el norte de Irak. Al llegar el año 2001, el Mossad israelí había tenido agentes trabajando durante una década en la ciudad norteña iraquí de Mosul. Informes de inteligencia sobre vínculos iraquíes con al-Qaeda también provinieron de Mosul – informes que posteriormente resultaron ser falsos. Mosul volvió a aparecer en noviembre de 2004 como centro de la insurgencia que desestabilizó Irak.
Esa reacción imposibilitó la rápida salida de fuerzas de la coalición prometida en testimonio ante el Congreso por el importante planificador de la guerra, Wolfowitz.

La fuente común de la inteligencia amañada que indujo a EEUU a la guerra en Irak todavía tiene que ser reconocida, aunque expertos en inteligencia están de acuerdo en que un engaño en semejante escala necesitó una década para planificar, dotar de personal, preparar, orquestar y, hasta la fecha, encubrir. Los dos dirigentes del informe de la Comisión del 11-S admitieron que miembros de la Comisión impidieron que escucharan testimonio sobre la motivación del 11-S: la relación EEUU-Israel.

Las ficciones aceptadas como verdades generalmente aceptadas incluyeron las armas de destrucción masiva de Irak, vínculos iraquíes con al-Qaeda, reuniones iraquíes con al-Qaeda en Praga, laboratorios móviles iraquíes de armas biológicas y compras iraquíes de «yellowcake» de uranio de Níger. Sólo este último caso fue admitido como engañoso en el marco de tiempo relevante. Se reveló sólo después del inicio de la guerra que todo el resto era falso, deficiente o amañado. Un intento de encubrir la historia del yellowcake llevó al procesamiento federal del jefe de gabinete del vicepresidente, Lewis Libby, otro entendido sionista bien posicionado.

¿Incluyó también la orquestación previa modelada según la teoría de los juegos la provocación israelí que condujo a la Segunda Intifada? Una intifada es un levantamiento o, literalmente, «zafarse» de un opresor.
La Segunda Intifada en Palestina comenzó en septiembre de 2000 cuando el primer ministro de Israel, Ariel Sharon, encabezó una marcha armada al monte del Templo de Jerusalén un año antes del 11-S.

Después de un año de calma durante el cual los palestinos creyeron en las perspectivas de paz – los atentados suicidas recomenzaron después de esa extraordinaria provocación. Como reacción ante el levantamiento, Sharon y Netanyahu señalaron que los estadounidenses comprenderían la situación difícil de los victimizados israelíes sólo cuando «sientan nuestro dolor». Pero ambos dirigentes israelíes sugirieron que ese modo de pensar compartido (“sientan nuestro dolor”) requeriría en EEUU un recuento de víctimas ponderado de 4.500 a 5.000 estadounidenses víctimas del terrorismo, el cálculo inicial de los que murieron en las torres gemelas del World Trade Center de Nueva York un año después.

¿La valkiria estadounidense?

Cuando tiene éxito la teoría de los juegos de guerra, fortalece al agente provocador mientras deja al blanco desacreditado y agotado por la reacción anticipada a una provocación hecha en el momento adecuado. Según los estándares de la teoría de juegos, el 11-S fue un éxito estratégico porque EEUU apareció irracional en sus reacciones – la invasión de Irak que provocó una mortífera insurgencia con consecuencias devastadoras tanto para Irak como para EEUU.

Esa insurgencia, por su parte, fue una reacción fácilmente modelada ante la invasión de una nación que (a) no jugó ningún papel en la provocación, y (b) de la que se sabía que estaba poblada por tres sectas en conflicto desde hace tiempo, donde una paz inestable era mantenida por un ex aliado de EEUU quien fue rebautizado como el Malhechor. A medida que aumentaba el coste en sangre y dinero, EEUU se sobre-extendió militar, financiera y diplomáticamente.

Mientras “«el blanco» (EEUU) aparecía en primer plano, el agente provocador se desvanecía en el fondo. Pero sólo después de dinámicas catalizadoras que continuamente vaciaban a EEUU de credibilidad, recursos y resolución. Esta victoria «probabilista» también provocó cinismo, inseguridad, desconfianza y desilusión generalizados junto con una capacidad declinante para defender sus intereses debido a la duplicidad de un enemigo interior experto en la teoría de los juegos.

Mientras tanto, el público estadounidense cayó bajo un régimen de supervisión, vigilancia e intimidación presentado como seguridad «de la patria». Esa operación interior incluso presenta indicios retóricos de una «patria» de la Segunda Guerra Mundial con señales obvias de un fuerza extraña a EE.UU. con su adopción bienvenida de la disensión abierta.
¿Se quiere que esta operación proteja a los estadounidenses o que ampare contra los estadounidenses a los responsables de esta operación de personas de dentro con acceso a información privilegiada?

Al manipular el modo de pensar compartido, los expertos planificadores de guerras mediante el uso de la teoría de los juegos pueden librar batallas a plena vista y en múltiples frentes con recursos mínimos. Una estrategia probada: Presentarse como aliado de una nación bien armada predispuesta a desplegar sus fuerzas armadas como reacción ante un asesinato masivo. En este caso, el resultado desestabilizó Iraq, creando crisis que podían ser explotadas para obtener una ventaja estratégica al expandir el conflicto a Irán, otro objetivo clave de Israel anunciado en «A Clean Break» – siete años antes de la invasión de Irak.

¿Qué nación se benefició del despliegue de fuerzas de la coalición en la región? El resultado actual, matemáticamente modelable, debilitó la seguridad nacional de EEUU al sobre-extender sus fuerzas armadas, desacreditar su dirigencia, degradar su condición financiera y deshabilitar su voluntad política. En términos de teoría de juegos, esos resultados fueron «perfectamente previsibles» – dentro de una gama aceptable de probabilidades.

En la asimetría que tipifica la actual guerra inconvencional, los que son pocos en cantidad tienen que librar la guerra mediante el engaño, no de modo transparente y con medios que influyan en su impacto.
¿Qué nación si no Israel se ajusta a esa descripción?

¿Traición a plena vista?

Los planificadores de guerras usando la teoría de los juegos manipulan el entorno mental compartido conformando percepciones y creando impresiones que se convierten en opiniones de consenso. Con la ayuda de crisis bien calculadas, los creadores de políticas se alinean con una agenda predeterminada – no porque sean Malhechores o «imperialistas» sino porque el modo de pensar compartido ha sido precondicionado para que reaccione no a los hechos sino a emociones manipuladas y creencias consensuales. Sin el asesinato de 3.000 personas el 11-S, ahora la credibilidad de EE.UU. no estaría dañada y la economía de EE.UU. estaría en mejores condiciones.

Pero el desplazamiento continuo de hechos con los cuales «el blanco» puede ser inducido a creer, los pocos dentro de los pocos amplifican el impacto de su duplicidad. Mediante la manipulación del modo de pensar del público, los planificadores de guerras mediante la teoría de los juegos pueden derrotar a un oponente con recursos vastamente superiores induciendo las decisiones que aseguran su derrota.

Las guerras de inteligencia son libradas a plena vista y bajo la cobertura de creencias ampliamente compartidas. Al manipular la opinión consensual, esas guerras pueden ser ganadas desde el interior induciendo a un pueblo a elegir libremente precisamente las fuerzas que ponen en peligro su libertad. Por lo tanto en la Era de la Información el poder desproporcionado ejercido por los que tienen una influencia desproporcionada en los medios, la cultura pop, los think-tanks, el sector académico y la política – dominios en los que la influencia sionista es más incontrolada.

Las creencias inducidas actúan como un multiplicador de fuerzas para librar guerras de inteligencia desde las sombras. En el núcleo operacional de una tal guerra están los que son magistrales en la anticipación de la reacción del blanco a una provocación y en la incorporación de esa reacción en su arsenal. Para los que libran guerras de esa manera, los hechos son sólo una barrera que hay que superar. Para las naciones que dependen de hechos, el estado de derecho y el consenso informado para proteger su libertad, esa traición de los poseedores de información privilegiada plantea la mayor amenaza posible para la seguridad nacional

EEUU es mucho menos seguro que antes del 11-S. Es obvio que Tel Aviv tiene la intención de continuar con sus provocaciones en serie, como lo demuestra su continua expansión de los asentamientos. Israel no ha mostrado señal alguna de su disposición a negociar de buena fe o tomar los pasos necesarios para que la paz sea una posibilidad.
Hasta hoy, Barack Obama no parece estar dispuesto a nombrar a altos funcionarios que no sean sionistas o fuertemente pro-israelíes. La mayor amenaza para la paz mundial no son los terroristas. La mayor amenaza es la relación EEUU-Israel.

Tal como fue necesaria una década de escenificación previa para inducir plausiblemente a EE.UU. a invadir Irak, existe actualmente una estrategia para persuadir a EEUU para que invada Irán o para que apoye o condone un ataque por Israel. La misma duplicidad actúa de nuevo, incluida la identificación destacada del indispensable Malhechor. Desde el comienzo mismo, la empresa sionista se concentró en la hegemonía en Oriente Próximo. Su enmarañada alianza con EEUU posibilitó que esa empresa desplegara el poderío estadounidense con ese fin.

Sólo una nación poseía los medios, el motivo, la oportunidad y los servicios de inteligencia estatal necesarios para llevar a EEUU a la guerra en Oriente Próximo, mientras al mismo tiempo hacía parecer como si el problema fuera el Islam. Si Barack Obama sigue acatando las decisiones de Tel Aviv, puede ser culpado en buena lid cuando el próximo ataque ocurra en EEUU o en la Unión Europea con la orgía usual de evidencia que apunta a un objetivo predeterminado. Si ocurre otro asesinato masivo, ese evento será rastreable directamente a la relación EEUU-Israel y al hecho de que los responsables políticos de EEUU no hayan sido capaces de liberar a su país de ese enemigo interior.

Al-Qaeda supporters 'joined MI5'

A senior Tory MP has asked the home secretary whether al-Qaeda sympathisers were mistakenly recruited by MI5.

Patrick Mercer, chairman of the Home Affairs counter-terror sub-committee, said he was told six recruits were ejected after worries about their past.
Two allegedly attended al-Qaeda training camps while the others had unexplained gaps in their CVs, Mr Mercer told the Daily Telegraph.
A Home Office spokeswoman declined to comment on the claims.

'Took advantage'

Mr Mercer said he had learned that MI5 had dismissed the six recruits some time between 2005 and 2007.
The MP said he feared that, in the aftermath of the bombings on London's transport network in July 2005, the security services had rushed to try and take on Muslim recruits, and that had potentially allowed al-Qaeda sympathisers to infiltrate the security service.
He has written to the Home Secretary Alan Johnson asking for further details.
Mr Mercer said the Commons Home Affairs committee may investigate the issue next month.
He told the newspaper that the government should have been prompted to expand the security services following the attacks on New York on 11 September 2001.

"In fact it took an attack on this country for such measures to be started," he added.

"But at this point it was an unseemly rush of which our enemies, not unsurprisingly, took advantage."

Investigan el altercado de un supuesto agente murciano del CNI en una disco de Torrevieja

La Guardia Civil ha abierto una investigación para esclarecer un altercado en una conocida discoteca de Torrevieja en la que se vio implicado un supuesto agente del CNI. Según fuentes próximas al caso consultadas por este diario, el implicado, J.I.A.L., pertenece o ha pertenecido al Ejército y al parecer utilizó una placa para acceder al establecimiento, al tiempo que blandió un arma, una Beretta de 9 milímetros de calibre, en el exterior, lo que propició que unos porteros lo redujeran por la fuerza y avisaran al Instituto Armado.
El supuesto agente no dudó ayer, desde primera hora de la mañana, en llamar a numerosos medios de comunicación para airear el incidente, en el que resultó con dos dedos de una mano y uno del pie fracturados, así como con numerosas magulladoras.
A los periodistas les contó que acudió «de civil» el pasado domingo de madrugada a la discoteca KKO, para «proseguir una investigación» del Centro Nacional de Inteligencia. Sostiene que se tomó «una copa» y, ya a la salida, los porteros debieron advertir el bulto de su arma, porque seis de ellos se abalanzaron sobre él y lo inmovilizaron. «Un tío de 120 kilos me puso la tibia en el cuello», precisó a La Verdad.
Según su testimonio, no ha denunciado esa supuesta agresión por orden de un superior para no perjudicar la hipotética investigación. El individuo, a punto de cumplir los 34 años, no dudó en facilitar un carné supuestamente expedido por el Ministerio de Defensa con sus nombres y apellidos y su condición de capitán del Ejército en activo. Un comportamiento más que extraño en un espía.
La situación cambió radicalmente cuando este diario se puso en contacto con los responsables de la discoteca, que contaron una versión diametralmente opuesta a la de J.I.A.L., y describieron prácticamente una actuación más propia del personaje que interpreta Santiago Segura en Torrente que de un miembro del servicio de Inteligencia.
El gerente de KKO, Dimitri Dergachev, asegura que entró sin pagar la entrada tras mostrar sus credenciales y protagonizó un primer incidente en la barra, cuando se coló delante de unas chicas a la hora de pedir. «Ellas se quejaron y él les dijo que era policía secreta y les hizo sacar todas las cosas que llevaban en los bolsillos», explicó el responsable del establecimiento, que ya han denunciado lo ocurrido a la Guardia Civil.
Según Dergachev, el presunto espía, que iba acompañado de una mujer, siguió bebiendo hasta emborracharse. Luego salió al exterior y al poco volvió a intentar entrar, pero un portero se lo prohibió «porque no estaba en condiciones». El militar se colocó entonces junto a una valla, cerca del aparcamiento, y «delante de una veintena de testigos sacó una pistola y comenzó a cargarla», agregó el gerente de KKO.
Un cliente avisó a los empleados de la discoteca y dos de ellos, siempre según la versión de la empresa, se abalanzaron sobre J.I.A.L. para reducirle y quitarle el arma porque pensaron que se le «había ido la cabeza». «Avisamos a la Guardia Civil y vinieron dos patrullas que se lo llevaron esposado, como un preso», concluyó Dergachev.
La investigación está ahora en manos de la Guardia Civil.

Soros, the CIA, Mossad and the new media destabilization of Iran

It's the 2009 presidential election in Iran and opposition leader Mir-Houssein Mousavi declares victory hours before the polls close, insuring that any result to the contrary will be called into question. Western media goes into overdrive, fighting with each other to see who can offer the most hyperbolic denunciation of the vote and President Ahmadenijad's apparent victory (BBC wins by publishing bald-faced lies about the supposed popular uprising which it is later forced to retract). On June 13th, 30000 "tweets" begin to flood Twitter with live updates from Iran, most written in English and provided by a handful of newly-registered users with identical profile photos. The Jerusalem Post writes a story about the Iran Twitter phenomenon a few hours after it starts (and who says Mossad isn't staying up to date with new media?). Now, YouTube is providing a "Breaking News" link at the top of every page linking to the latest footage of the Iranian protests (all shot in high def, no less). Welcome to Destabilization 2.0, the latest version of a program that the western powers have been running for decades in order to overthrow foreign, democratically elected governments that don't yield to the whims of western governments and multinational corporations.

Ironically, Iran was also the birthplace of the original CIA program for destabilizing a foreign government. Think of it as Destabilization 1.0: It's 1953 and democratically-elected Iranian leader Mohammed Mossadegh is following through on his election promises to nationalize industry for the Iranian people, including the oil industry of Iran which was then controlled by the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company. The CIA is sent into the country to bring an end to Mossadegh's government. They begin a campaign of terror, staging bombings and attacks on Muslim targets in order to blame them on nationalist, secular Mossadegh. They foster and fund an anti-Mossadegh campaign amongst the radical Islamist elements in the country. Finally, they back the revolution that brings their favoured puppet, the Shah, into power. Within months, their mission had been accomplished: they had removed a democratically elected leader who threatened to build up an independent, secular Persian nation and replaced him with a repressive tyrant whose secret police would brutally suppress all opposition. The campaign was a success and the lead CIA agent wrote an after-action report describing the operation in glowing terms. The pattern was to be repeated time and time again in country after country (in Guatemala in 1954, in Afghanistan in the 1980s, in Serbia in the 1990s), but these operations leave the agency open to exposure. What was needed was a different plan, one where the western political and financial interests puppeteering the revolution would be more difficult to implicate in the overthrow.

Enter Destabilization 1.1. This version of the destabilization program is less messy, offering plausible deniability for the western powers who are overthrowing a foreign government. It starts when the IMF moves in to offer a bribe to a tinpot dictator in a third world country. He gets 10% in exchange for taking out an exorbitant loan for an infrastructure project that the country can't afford. When the country inevitably defaults on the loan payments, the IMF begins to take over, imposing a restructuring program that eventually results in the full scale looting of the country's resources for western business interests. This program, too, was run in country after country, from Jamaica to Myanmar, from Chile to Zimbabwe. The source code for this program was revealed in 2001, however, when former World Bank chief economist Joseph Stiglitz went public about the scam. More detail was added in 2004 by the publication of John Perkin's Confessions of an Economic Hitman, which revealed the extent to which front companies and complicit corporations aided, abetted and facilitated the economic plundering and overthrow of foreign governments. Although still an effective technique for overthrowing foreign nations, the fact that this particular scam had been exposed meant that the architects of global geopolitics would have to find a new way to get rid of foreign, democratically elected governments.

Destabilization 1.2 involves seemingly disinterested, democracy promoting NGOs with feelgood names like the Open Society Institute, Freedom House and the National Endowment for Democracy. They fund, train, support and mobilize opposition movements in countries that have been targeted for destabilization, often during elections and usually organized around an identifiable color. These "color revolutions" sprang up in the past decade and have so far successfully destabilized the governments of the Ukraine, Lebanon, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan, among others. These revolutions bear the imprint of billionaire finance oligarch George Soros. The hidden hand of western powers behind these color revolutions has threatened their effectiveness in recent years, however, with an anti-Soros movement having arisen in Georgia and with the recent Moldovan "grape revolution" having come to naught (much to the chagrin of Soros-funded OSI's Evgeny Morozov).
Now we arrive at Destabilization 2.0, really not much more than a slight tweak of Destabilization 1.2. The only thing different is that now Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other social media are being employed to amplify the effect of (and the impression of) internal protests. Once again, Soros henchman Evgeny Morozov is extolling the virtues of the new Tehran Twitter revolution and the New York Times is writing journalistic hymns to the power of internet new media...when it serves western imperial interests. We are being asked to believe that this latest version of the very (very) old program of U.S. corporate imperialism is the real deal. While there is no doubt that the regime of Ahmadenijad is reprehensible and the feelings of many of the young protestors in Iran are genuine, you will forgive me for quesyioning the motives behind the monolithic media support for the overthrow of Iran's government and the installation of Mir-Houssein "Butcher of Beirut" Mousavi.

“We are heading towards the decisive year against the US Occupiers”

On the occasion of the first anniversary of Jihad and Liberation High Command, under the leadership of the Mujahideen Chief Izzat Ibrahim Al Duri, a team of journalists shared the life of the Iraqi Resistance combatants to find out about their heroic deeds against the US Occupying forces… They met the Jihad and Liberation High Command spokesman, Dr. Kanaan Amin who ascertained that the Iraqi Resistance is heading towards the decisive year, and that victory is nearing. Said Dr. Kanaan: “The Resistance gets stronger and stronger, sheltered and nourished by the Iraqi people. Al Duri, thanks to the Lord, is in a perfect health and leads the Jihad. This really irritates the enemy and rejoices our friends.“

In some place, in one of the heroic Resistance battle fields which stretches all over the patriotic soil from the very north of Iraq to its very south… a group of journalists who cares about conveying the truth, away from Media’ lies and propaganda fabricated by the US and its servile tails to blackout and conceal the Iraqi people armed rejection for its forces all along these five and half last years.. was able to travel around more than one Resistance operational sector to get a precise idea about the Iraqi glorious Resistance deeds which made useless the third of the occupying forces, as the occupiers admitted themselves.

During this visit, the group of Journalists met Dr. Kanaan, the official spokesman of the Jihad and Liberation Supreme Command (JLSC), a year old formation to represent Iraq Resisting body, and which included since its inception 22 patriotic, national and Islamic factions. Since then the (JLSC), grew to include cover 33 combating factions established as Jihad armies, divisions and brigades. These factions are the back bone of the Iraqi Resistance under the leadership of the Chief of Mujahideen Mr. Izzat Ibrahim al Duri, the deputy president of the Revolution Council Command and the deputy general Commander of the Armed Forces for decades during the patriotic Iraqi regime before the occupation, led by the great Al Hajj Martyr President Saddam Hussein, may the lord have mercy on him.

Dr. Kanaan, as we knew him, is a pure Iraqi personality, mixing professionalism in communicating with the others and various operations and combat deeds. He welcomed us with a shining smile of a man who believes in the cause of his people and its fatal victory against the occupiers-invaders… He was holding in his hands a new video cassette that he appears to have just filmed, about the graduating of the new brigades of combatants who confronts the US enemy under the banner of (JLSC). The video cassette showed us an aircraft division during combat. When we watched the video we were absolutely stunned by the high professional combative level and the quality of the weapons the combatants developed by themselves. Dr. Kanaan, immediately brought us to reality and ascertained that what we saw, is nothing but a tiny portion and a drop in an ocean. Indeed, said Dr. Kanaan, the combatants you saw, have sprout from the pure people of Iraq. They are the real builders of the genuine patriotic Iraqi Army which shall liberate Iraq and will protect the borders of its nation. Thanks God, Who gives victory to the believers, we do have hundreds of thousands of combatants belonging to every kind of combat and they are the legitimate continuation of the Second Qadissya and the eternal Mother of All Battles’ armies.


THE INTERVIEW:



Question: The public knows little about your Command and its formations, due to the blackout, the US tries hard to impose on the Media inside and outside Iraq… Can you tell us about you?

Dr. Kanaan: About a year ago, many of the Iraqi Resistance factions acted according a method to hunt the occupier enemy, each in its own field, targeting the US enemy convoys, forces and infantry through IEDs, snipers and attacks. These factions were working under many names and were grouped by a coordination factor imposed by the nature of the resisting action and the area. The policies of these factions were based on the global popular resistance principle and on the initiative of every resistance deed. Consequently these main factions wanted to strengthen their actions to become more effective under a unified leadership with a staff Command, and a legal committee, which organizes and leads the tactical and the combat operations on every inch of the soil of Iraq, dividing Iraq into several geographical combat sectors, each directing the battle against the US invader-occupier-enemy, directly supervised by an elected leadership. Based on this, this effort was crowned through advise, dialogue and negotiations, with the formation of the Jihad and Liberation Supreme Command, which included, to start with 22 Jihadi patriotic and Islamic factions and where the chief of Mujahideen Mr. Izzat al Duri was unanimously elected as the supreme Commander of the Jihad and Liberation, because these factions believed deeply in his combat and Jihad legitimacy in Iraq’s leadership and its Resistance and as a continuation of his blessed precessor the Martyr of the great Hajj, leader Saddam Hussein, may the Lord Have mercy upon his soul. Later on our formation grew wider last year to include 11 more of heroic combatants.


Question: Can you tell us about the first and the new factions which joined the High Command?

Dr. Kanaan: The Jihadi factions which joined the Supreme Command from its very inception beginning September 2007 are:

1- The Army of the Naqshabandi’s Order.
2- The Army of the Prophet’s companions.
3 – The Army of Murabiteen.
4 – Al Hamza Army.
5 – The Risalah Army
6 – Ibn al Waleed’ Army
7 – The Mujahedeen Unified Leadership (Iraq)
8- The Liberation Brigades.
9 – Al Farooq Army.
10 – The Army of the Liberation of Iraq.
11 – The Martyrs’ Brigades.
12 – The Army of the Persevering.
13 – The Brigades of Jihad on the Soil of Mesopotamia.
14 – The Army of the Knight to liberate the autonomous region.
15 – The Jihad Brigades in Basra.
16 – The Falluja Jihadi Brigades.
17 – The Patriotic Popular Front for the Liberation of Iraq
18 – The Hussein Al Taff Brigades.
19 – The Liberation of the South Brigades.
20 – The Army of Henein.
21 – The Diyala Jihad and Liberation Brigades.
22 – The Brigades of Glory for the Liberation of Iraq.

This is how 22 patriotic, national and Islamic Resistance factions were formed based on a long term, global Jihad plan of action to destroy the invader occupier US enemy, to liberate the homeland from every kind of control, hegemony, exploitation and blackmail.

During the (JLSC)’ first year, 11 Jihadi factions joined its ranks and now the High Command includes 33 factions of hard core combatants known for their chivalry, their love for their homeland, their resolve and their faith in their sacrosanct values. Besides, there are many other factions which have asked to join in and which will publicize later on after achieving the necessary requirements. The factions which joined the Command during the first year of its inception are the following:

1 – The Army of the Believers.
2 – The Army of May Revolutionaries.
3 – The Brigades of the Mountain Mast.
4 – The Army of the Al Mu’tazz Billah (Proud with the Lord)
5 – The Army of the Ten Messengers
6 – The Army of the Martyr ‘Abir (Abir is an Iraqi child ferociously raped and killed with all the members of her family by a gang of US democratic army. The US criminals were tried in a monkey court and were sent o jail for few days only. This is the US, the land of law, democracy, order and institutions.. – (a translator’s note)
7 – The Army of Al Harith.
8 – The Army of Al Muthanna.
9 – The Army of Bilal the Kushite (Bilal an Ethiopian was the first Christian convert to Islam and the first muezzin ever known for his sweet voice -(a translator’s note)
10 – The Army of Those Clad with Glory.
11 – The Army of the Invincible.


Question: We are told that your formation has rather an Islamic and a secular Baathist character.. How is it possible to mix these contradictory doctrines?

Dr. Kanaan: Before answering your question, I would like to precise something very important.. There is no doctrinal contradictions in amongst all the factions which act under the banner of Jihad and Liberation Supreme Command. Yes! There are some factions with national, patriotic or Islamic characteristics but all believe deeply in the Islam principles and believe that the duty of liberating the homeland is an honor for every Iraqi whatever is his community, ethny or belonging. It is an important point that should be made clear for every one. Hence, I am telling you that the genuine Islamic faith characteristic doesn’t contradict at all with the Baath national, patriotic or Islamic language. The mixture has absolutely no contradictory elements. It is rather a harmonious component which represent the Iraqi people from its extreme north to its extreme south.. for the factions include the sons and daughters of Iraq, be Arabs, Kurds, Shia, Sunnis, Muslims or Christians.. This is the fabric of Iraq as it always has been.. and which incarnates all the colors of the prism of Iraq. We consider that these factions with their deed, their word and speech, all express the will of our Iraqi people from Zakho to Basra and from Khaniqin to Rutba.


Question: All liberation movements all over the world, and throughout the human history, were backed, supported and helped by local, regional and international parties materially, and morally in a way or in an other.. You, who backs you,?

Dr. Kanaan: Our national heroic Resistance is unique in history! Indeed! Our Resistance is the only Resistance in the world which has no an international or a regional support, either material or moral, rather the Iraqi heroic Resistance is being fought by almost every body except some honorable people from our Arab homeland. As you said, all the Resistance’ movements in the world were helped except this honorable Iraqi Resistance whom the Lord gave us as a gift. But let me tell you! Thanks God, the Iraqi Resistance is a hundred per cent Iraqi, i.e., it is Iraqi by its combat and is Iraqi by its funding. The Jihadi factions fund themselves by themselves relying on the great arms and ammunitions’ stocks provided by the patriotic Iraqi State before the occupation, and which are now within the hands of our hero Mujahideen and enable us to fighting the enemy for ever.. and to inflicting the US invaders formidable losses. Allow me here to ascertain that the Iraqi people is the only nourishing breast of its patriotic heroic Resistance and its only financial backer, and the Iraqi Resistance is, as the Supreme Commander for Jihad and Liberation once said, is Iraqi bred and is Iraqi funded. That is why, our Resistance is blessed by the Lord.


Question: You said some days ago, that you are negotiating with other Resistance parties and formations. Can you tell us about the nature of these talks, heir aims? Have you reached any conclusions or results?

Dr. Kanaan: Since the inception of the Supreme Command a year ago, and which included 22 fundamental Jihadi factions within the patriotic, national and Islamic Resistance, you can find every community and groups of the great Iraqi people, be Arabs, Kurds, Turkomen, Muslims, Christians, Shia and Sunnis. These factions have made known their Combat Jihadi program and ascertained their readiness to talk with every Jihadi faction in the field and with every militant forces which reject the Occupation to expel the invaders and liberate the homeland on a positive and open minded fraternal and sincere spirit basis to achieve the will of the Iraqi to liberate our country from the Occupiers and their servile puppets.

Since then, we intensified our efforts to unify the ranks with all the factions, and all the combat Fronts individually and as groups. These negotiations aim at fastening the victory and expelling the Occupier.. What we want is the unity of the combating forces, this unity which irritates the Occupier and terrifies him and rejoices the heart of every honorable and pure patriot.

We, in the Jihad and Liberation’ Supreme Command, we are aware, that these negotiations should serve our Faith, and the Homeland and must satisfy the will of the Iraqis. Thanks God, there is a real awareness of the Jihadi combating factions which are fighting the US enemy for a unified Jihadi action. We hope that these negotiations will be, soon, crowned with success for the benefits of all Iraqis, Arabs and Muslims.


Question: We hear from time to time that there are negotiations between the Resistance factions and the US, some are direct, and others are through mediators. Is that true? I these were leaks why don’t you answer either by confirming or denying this news?

Dr. Kanaan: The High Command for Jihad and Liberation has made it clear since its first fundamental Congress its commitment to the sacrosanct inalterable conditions which are the only basis for any negotiations with the enemy. These conditions are the rights of Iraq and Iraqis. No body, absolutely, no one can desist from the right of Iraq and of Iraqis.. There will be absolutely no negotiation with the occupier-enemy unless he recognizes the patriotic Resistance with all its patriotic, national and Islamic factions and with all its armed and unarmed formations as the only and sole representative of Iraq and of its generous people. Also, the US enemy should declare officially and publicly that he is withdrawing from Iraq without any condition or restrictions either through an immediate withdrawal or through a timed plan, his commitments to compensate Iraq, for all our homeland endured materially and morally and cancel every laws and bills produced after the Occupation, liberate all the detainees, the political prisoners, and stop raiding homes, killing the innocent; destroying and displacing people by force, and must re establish the patriotic Iraqi army and the security services according to their laws and organization plus other conditions published by the Fundamental Congress en rapport to the rights of Iraq and of Iraqis.

We ascertain that these conditions are inalterable and we do comprehend that the loathed enemy, known for his wickedness and ruse, tries with every mean to prevail on the heroic patriotic Resistance, deform its reputation through such leaks and lies… Considerer! This patriotic heroic Resistance was able with its terrible blows to break the enemy backbone and wreck its occupational project.

For this reason, we are aware that any negotiation with the Occupier, before time will serve him and his stooges. These Media leaks are one of the US traps that lured some short vision and blind people. I seize this occasion to confirm that the Supreme Command for Jihad and Liberation has not neogitated and will never undertake any negotiations with the occupier-enemy unless according to the declared conditions and shall not utter an iota to change these conditions. The will of the Iraqis and their Jihadi and patriotic factions are able to make the enemy kneel and answer their patriotic requirements and has achieved a long way to attain this objective, and what is remaining is the decisive phase which is looming by the will of the Lord.


Question: Is your Media efforts equal and goes hand in hand with the military operations against the Occupier, and as you know the information is fifty per cent of the battle?

Dr. Kanaan: Let me tell you frankly that the Media blockade endured by the patriotic, national, and Islamic Resistance represented by our Jihadi Leadership (JLSC) is huge. Our enemy has mobilized all his capabilities, his propaganda’ tools and lies’ trumpets. He tries with all his propaganda tools to deform the beautiful face of our heroic patriotic Resistance. Nevertheless, and despite all this, we were able thanks God, to breach this wall with our own means and initiatives. In any case you know that reaching the Media tools, now, and specially the audiovisual, is not at all an easy task for the enemy controls with his formidable capabilities and material means all these TV channels etc.

I do agree with you, that our Media efforts don’t converge with our combat operations in the field which the occupier enemy knows pretty well before our friends. Indeed! The military results after more than five years of heroic operations against the occupation forces are now well known for every one and we can sum them with the failure of the US project in Iraq, where thousands of the enemy personnel were killed, maimed and, and where thousands of his military equipment were destroyed, through combat operations such as snipers, IEDs, rockets’ attacks and military confrontation.

Unfortunately this military effort was not publicized enough due to the US’ control over the Media sites. as I said! Despite all this we didn’t neglect this in our military operations against the enemy. As you have witnessed, our Jihad factions record all their combat operations through films and written documents on CDs we distribute inside Iraq. Some times we do succeed into showing some of our combat operations in one or two satellite’s channels in amongst the hundreds that exist. From the very beginning, we, in the Jihad and Liberation Supreme Command we have granted the Media a great importance and we have established a Media committee in charge of documenting all the Jihadi operations. So far, we have issued two publications on our Jihadi operations with CDs showing some distinguished and outstanding combat activities against the US Occupier and we are about to publish another one which shows the latest’ Mujahideen operations against the US occupier.


Question: The US Media claims from time to time and through its Arabic speaking channels, local and regional, many lies and calumnies regarding the person of Mr. Izzat Al Duri, announcing times and again his death. What do you say about that?

Dr. Kanaan: The Chief of the Mujahideen Izzat Al Duri is in a very good health and enjoys the highest moral because of his faith and his combat ability to confront the loathed US Occupier. This indeed rejoices every believer in God and irritates every infidel, puppets and homeland’ traitor. The Resistance on every inch of the soil of Iraq, has made the US occupier and his stooges, go berserk and loose their mind. Despite these plots, lies and conspiracies, Izzat al Duri stayed steadfast, resolved and unflinching.

Our Leader is amongst his brother combatants on every honorable combat arena that he plans, commands and leads daily. His latest audio message was a slap in the face of those wicked who hate Iraq and a shock for the enemy who despite his might, was not able to prevent the voice of the truth from reaching the hearts and minds of the believers Mujahideen.


Question: Your leadership started to document its combat operations against the US occupying forces through many CDs. This is a good thing! It is however, very difficult for the public to see any of these. So tell us how can we get these CDs?

Dr. Kanaan: As explained previously, the Information Committee in the Jihad and Liberation’ Supreme Command has set a Media plan to document every Jihadi combat operation and those of the factions which work with us. Yes, there are different approaches in between these factions concerning this question. Take for example the Information Committee of the Naqshabandi Order. They prints tens of thousands of CDs which show their operations against the US occupier and distribute them to every Jihadi factions and to the public inside Iraq and sometimes outside the country. This is also the case of the Murabiteen’s Army, the Companions’ Army, and the Brigades of Glory. We also about to publish these operations on the (JLSC)’ Internet site and those of the Armies, the factions and the Brigades which work with us, our site is visited by hundreds of thousands of people, and you can take a look yourself on these Jihadi sites and specially the High Command’s and the Naqshabandi’ order’s, the Murabiteen’s or the Companions’.


Question: What we have seen didn’t actually quench our curiosity.. for we were not allowed to use our cameras.. We do understand the security conditions and the ferocious US occupier behavior.. Are you going to invite us again?

Dr. Kanaan: In fact we do care about our Mujahideen combatants’ security and about your security too. As you know the wicked US occupier tries his best to reach them, mobilizing for the purpose many traitors who sold their souls and honor with a handful of dollars. For this reason we took strict security decisions to wreck these US enemy attempts against our Jihad factions. We realize, that taking photos is a necessity in our fight against this loathed US occupier. We promise to provide you with the photos of your visit, after the liberation of Iraq, God willing, which is very soon, and that your brothers Mujahideen filmed with their own cameras. They did record the operations against the US occupiers you witnessed with your eyes proper, and we will be delighted to welcome you again and whenever you like in the near future.
